Our in-house Certified Financial Planners have met one-on-one with more than 5,000 members at critical milestones in their lives – not only to help them understand their pension and retirement options, but also to help them build their overall financial literacy. We provide our employees with the learning, development, tools and support they need to excel. Our cross-disciplinary team of professionals operates in a collaborative environment of continuous improvement. As leaders and trusted advisors, we are always looking for what’s next and how best to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Our client-first, Advise & Protect approach has shaped our reputation as an industry leader for service excellence.

The Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) is a major defined-benefit pension plan sponsored by the Government of Ontario, with a membership base of certain employees of the provincial government and its agencies, boards and commissions. With $29.3 billion in assets and with more than 90, 000 members, the PSPP is one of the largest pension plans in Canada. It is also one of the country’s oldest pension plans, successfully delivering the pension promise since the early 1920s.
