NorthOne is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our high performing team 🚀. We don’t stop at being a faster, easier and simpler version of a bank - we’re focused on creating better financial outcomes for our customers by changing the definition of what a bank can be and do.  We’re building a digital finance department for every small business in America with our business bank account as its foundation.

REQUIREMENTS

As Marketing Coordinator, will play an integral role in supporting brand strategy, creative campaigns, and social media development, ultimately owning the project management for all of our integrated marketing initiatives. Your role on the Marketing team supports a simple but challenging mission: put our brand on the map 📍

The skills required for this role - 

• You should be solution oriented, motivated, and a collaborative team player
• Superior project management skills: very organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent writer and communicator
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design
• Eagerness to learn and understand our product, customer, and competitive landscape
• Works effectively with leaders and stakeholders within the function, across functions, and outside of the organization
• Self-starter that can be flexible in a fast-paced environment
• You’re energized to be working on a growth-oriented team that is focused on moving fast, learning quickly, and driving tremendous business impact

Bonus points - 

• Experience in FinTech or financial services
• You have worked in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Experience in brand management, brand marketing, or project management
• Background in journalism, writing, or the like
• You come from a family of small business owners
• You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional). You’ve lived a life that is different, where you've been challenged or have chosen to challenge yourself
