This includes the delivery of critical Talent priorities and processes, including supporting Teachers’ Academy, and key talent offerings that include Talent Review, Learning, Leadership Development and Talent Selection.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Programs with a dotted line into the Manager, Campus Talent Acquisition, the Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Talent team and other People & Culture (P&C) professionals to support the execution of Talent priorities, programs, and processes, including Talent Review, Learning, Leadership Development and Talent Selection/campus recruitment.
Support program assessment administration including SuccessFinder and 360
Coordination support to deploy Leadership & Learning programs (LMS administration, cohort management, training meeting logistics, and program reporting, including DEI reporting).
Coordinate logistical details for bi-weekly new hire orientation sessions and coordinating new hires’ communication
Administer the CFA program, including registration, program materials, and internal and vendor communications
Collaborate with the Campus recruitment team to coordinate and organize the New Grad & Intern orientation; as well as Marquee Training program for new grads in January, May, and September
Support Campus Recruitment Specialists in the planning and execution of key on-campus and hybrid recruitment events, and assist in the administration of Campus busy season including: preparation of job postings, sourcing and candidate screening, distribution of postings to key schools, interview coordination etc.
Support virtual learning delivery by producing virtual training sessions using MS Teams
Monitor and respond to the Teachers’ Academy, Talent Development inquiries from the People Operations00 team
Additional duties as assigned
Backup for Talent Senior Executive Assistant, as required
Follow established guidelines and processes, support creation of new processes/solutions to issues, raise exceptions
1 - 2 years of human resources coordination experience
Working towards Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is an asset
Post-secondary education in a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Effectively and efficiently able to plan and set priorities
Ability to recognize and react appropriately to confidential situations using good judgement and tact
Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of MS office products (Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint) is an asset
Previous experience with Human Resources information systems and passion for technology is an asset
