- Salesforce Mastery: Utilize your Salesforce expertise to optimize our CRM processes and data flows, ensuring we harness the full potential of this powerful tool.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a revenue operations, FP&A or business analysis role, with a strong emphasis on analytical work.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce, with a track record of optimizing its capabilities in a business setting.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (we use Sheets and Looker).
- Superb communication skills – you’ll need to make complex data easy to understand for everyone.
- A proven track record in process improvement, particularly in sales and marketing operations.
- An independent worker who also loves being part of a dynamic team.
